Role: Early Career Researcher

Matthew Ascott is a hydrogeologist at the British Geological Survey.  Matthew studies the impacts of environmental change of water resources and macronutrient cycles in groundwater-surface water systems.  His current research focuses on quantifying the impacts of climate change on public groundwater supplies in both Africa and the United Kingdom.  Matthew is a fellow of the Geological Society of London and has an MSc. in Hydrogeology from the University of Birmingham.
