Dr. Mdemu is currently a lecturer at Ardhi University, Tanzania, and an independent consultant. Dr. Mdemu is specialised in Water Resources Management, Agricultural /Irrigation Water Management, Land management, Rainwater Harvesting and Management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Climate Change, adaptation and mitigation studies.
