Role: Co-Principal Investigator

Julien is the chair in water engineering in MACE, University of Manchester. He has a Ph.D. from the University of California in water resources management and economics and an MEng from Cornell University in Environmental Systems Engineering. His research interests relate to water resources planning and management, focusing mainly on managing water scarcity and planning infrastructure investments using hydro-economic and multi-criteria approaches.
