Role: Researcher

Helen is the Head of Environmental Policy & Strategy at the City of Cape Town, where she implements various programmes and projects related to environmental policy & strategy, the Green economy, Environmental fiscal reform, Green procurement and Climate change adaptation at the municipal level. Helen was previously a director of Environmental Sustainability, Climate Change and Biodiversity in the Western Cape Government. Helen holds an M.B.A from the University of Cape Town.
