The Climate Change Adaptation Framework reports have been presented to section 79 and mayoral committees in Johannesburg. A green light has been given to engage with further stakeholders.
Representatives from Johannesburg have been involved in discussions related to the Transformational Climate Change Leadership workshop that took place in Windhoek. Coleen Vogel (of the Global Change Institute at the University of Witwatersrand) is particularly interested in understanding what transformation means when dealing with climate change, and what role each of us has to play.
