Harare, Zimbabwe
The FRACTAL project, in collaboration with the GEC grant, narratives process and CDKN grant, produced information on decision making in the city, specifically focussed on energy and water. Exchange visits to Lusaka and Windhoek highlighted common water scarcity issues.
More broadly speaking, these research processes have enabled a first set of very important conversations to build receptivity related to the effects of climate change on these sectors in Harare.
